El terminal de entrada analógica KL3314 permite conectar cuatro termopares directamente. Los circuitos de la terminal de autobuses pueden operar sensores de termopar utilizando la técnica de 2 cables. La linealización en todo el rango de temperatura, de libre elección, se realiza con ayuda de un microprocesador. Los LED de error indican un cable roto. La compensación de la unión fría se realiza mediante una medición de temperatura interna en los terminales. El KL3314 también se puede utilizar para mediciones de mV.
